  • 1. How can I place my order?
    1.1. Log on the website and enter the indicated information about you in the fields;
    1.2. Load the desirable article/s to the basket and click „Checkout“;
    • Fill out the buyer’s data,
    • Check if you have indicated correct data,
    • Choose the desirable way of delivery,
    • Choose the way of payment,
    • Enter the discount code (if any),
    • Check the data of your order, address of delivery and price again.
    1.3. Confirm your order by clicking the button "Confirm"

    2. When shall I pay for the order?
    The order shall be paid immediately after confirming the order or upon delivery of the articles in case you choose the payment in cash.

    3. How shall I pay for the articles?
    You can pay for your order:
         3.1. By bank transfer to the following requisites:

                You can make the payment by using the e-banking service (in case you have one in your bank) or in the branch of any bank by indicating the above-mentioned requisites.
         3.2. Through the e-banking: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, credit card, Paysera

    4. I cannot find the desirable model or accessory. What can I do?
    In this case, you can contact us by e-mail or phone and we will try to find the article that you are looking for. In case you know the manufacturer of the model and the article number, indicate that information when contacting us, so that we can find the article as quickly as possible.

    5. How quickly is the order delivered?
    The time of delivery depends on the chosen way of delivery:
      1. Parcels to the chosen self-service post terminal within 1-2 days.
      2. The Lithuanian Post delivers parcels within 5-10 working days since getting the notification that the parcel was sent in the territory of Lithuania.
      3. In case of ordering articles with the collection in Vilnius, you can collect the articles from our Store in the same day.

    6. How much is the delivery of articles?
    The delivery of articles costs in the territory of Lithuania:

      1. Collection from a self-service post terminal of DPD - 2,3€. In case you order at the amount of 40€ and more, the delivery is FREE
      2. Collection from a self-service post terminal of LPexpress - 3,00€.
      3. Delivery by the Lithuanian Post - 5,99€.
      4. Delivery by a courier of home or to the office - 4,99€. (except Neringa).

    The delivery of articles costs in the territory of Latvia and Estonia:
      1. Collection from a self-service post terminal of DPD - 5€. In case you order at the amount of 80€ and more, the delivery is FREE.
      2. Delivery by the Lithuanian Post - 10€.
      3. Delivery by a courier home or to the office - 14€.

    The delivery of articles to other EU-states costs:
      1. Delivery by the Lithuanian Post - 10€. In case you order at the amount of 120€ and more, the delivery is FREE.   

    7. What does the "condition of the article" mean?
      a) In the storage – the article is in the storage and the order will be executed in the nearest time,
      b) Out of stock – there is no article in the storage at the moment. Upon request, we can order the article from the supplier within 14-60 days. Please note that in some cases the articles may be out of market thus not available for the order.
