    The order shall be paid immediately after confirming the order or upon delivery of the articles in case you choose the payment in cash.

    You can make the payment by using the e-banking service (in case you have one in your bank) or in the branch of any bank by indicating the above-mentioned requisites.

    In this case, you can contact us by e-mail or phone and we will try to find the item that you are looking for. In case you know the manufacturer of the model and the article number, indicate that information when contacting us, so that we can find the item as quickly as possible.


    The time of delivery depends on the chosen way of delivery:

    1. The Lithuanian Post delivers parcels within 5-10 business days since getting the notification that the parcel was sent in the territory of Lithuania.

    2. Omniva usually delivers parcels to the chosen self-service post terminal within 2-3 business days.

    3. In case of ordering articles with the collection in Vilnius, you can mostly collect the articles from the storage the same day.

    Delivery of goods throughout Lithuania - price list:

    1. Pick up from the DPD Pickup terminal - 2.50€. FREE shipping on orders over 50 €.

    2. Pick up from a self-service post terminal of LPexpress - 3.00€.

    3. Delivery by the Lithuanian Post - 5,99€.

    4. Delivery by a courier of DPD home or to the office - 4,99€. (except Neringa).


    Delivery of orders in Latvia and Estonia price list:

    1. Delivery by the Lithuanian Post - 12€. In case you order at the amount of 100€ and more, the delivery is FREE.

    2. Collection from a self-service post terminal of DPD - 5€. In case you order at the amount of 90€ and more, the delivery is FREE.

    3. Delivery by a courier of Omniva home or to the office - 14€. In case you order at the amount of 150€ and more, the delivery is FREE.

    The delivery of articles to other EU-states costs:

    1. Delivery by the Lithuanian Post - 12€. In case you order at the amount of 120€ and more, the delivery is FREE.

    a) In stock - the product is in stock and the order will be fulfilled in the near future,

    b) Out of stock - the item is currently out of stock. If the desired product can be ordered from the supplier, we can deliver the product within 14-60 days upon separate request.

    Typically, in cases where parts are missing from the box, many responsible manufacturers provide warranty service and supply the missing parts. In such cases, it is most appropriate and convenient to contact the model manufacturer directly.     All registered users get points every time after purchasing an item, which then can be used for next order and get items cheaper.

    For every 1 eur spent (without shipping cost) the client will get 25 points. 1000 points are worth 1 eur. The points can only be used for the next order and cannot be used for already discounted item.

    How to use points?

    After opening the shopping cart page, you will see a box in which it will be written what amount of discount coupon you can exchange points for during this purchase. You can see all your poins in your account, in the „My points“ section. The coupon code will be generated after clicking „Exchange and apply“ and it will be automatically added to your discount code box. The coupon code will be applied for this order.

    However, if you have decided to postpone the purchase, you can still use the coupon code within 30 days. In this case you will need to write the generated coupon code yourself.

    You will find it in your account page, in the „My points“ section.
